Mechanical ventilation is a life-saving procedure used while a patient recovers from a catastrophic illness. For many, regaining the strength
necessary to be weaned from extended mechanical ventilation requires a combination of rehabilitation, continued medical treatment and
ventilator weaning. During this process, Springdale’s respiratory team provides the patient support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
