Located just minutes from Springdale Village, our West campus is dedicated to providing individualized care for patients needing just a few days of rehabilitation or for those requiring support for an extended period of time. Springdale West excels in Rehabilitation, Complex Medical Therapy (cardiac care, stroke rehab, intense wound care, multiple system issues, IV and TPN therapy), Alzheimer Support, and most recently our Respiratory and Ventilator Center with state-of-the-art equipment.
